I expected a lot more for what they’re charging. The jewelry looked really nice in the photos, but once I got it, it just didn’t feel like the quality matched the price. Maybe that’s on me for expecting too much, but it felt overpriced. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I had a really good experience shopping on Jennifer Fisher. The site was easy to browse, and I found the earrings I wanted quickly without having to click around forever.
Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. The photos were clear and made me feel confident about what I was buying. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely shop there again.

I had a quick question about my order, so I emailed Jennifer Fisher Jewelry figuring I’d probably hear back in a day or two.

To my surprise, they replied the same day and explained everything clearly. It didn’t turn into one of those endless email chains where you have to keep asking the same thing, which I really appreciated.
Based on that one experience, I get the sense they actually care about making things easy for customers. The reply felt personal and helpful, not like a canned response, and I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

I was really disappointed with this. It started tarnishing way sooner than I expected, and the quality just didn’t feel good at all. When I tried to deal with it, it kind of felt like they were making it my problem instead of actually helping...

I ordered from Jennifer Fisher and the jewelry itself came totally fine, but the shipping was just okay, okay. It took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I was kind of wondering what was going on. The package looked nice when it finally arrived, so no issues there. I just wish the delivery had been a little faster or at least clearer. Not a bad experience, just average, average

The jewelry itself is really pretty, but the sizing, for me, wasn’t quite right. I ordered my usual ring size, and it ended up feeling tighter than I expected. It’s not a huge deal, but I do wish the fit guide had been a bit clearer, before ordering.

I had to exchange a pair of earrings because I accidentally picked the wrong size. The return instructions were clear, and support got back to me within a day, which was nice. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the whole thing was smooth overall.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but after a few months it still looks shiny and nice. The clasp feels sturdy too, so overall I’d say it feels like a better-quality piece than I thought it would be.

For the price, I expected better. The box showed up crushed and looked really cheap, which was actually disappointing.

I really wanted to like these pieces, but the designs just weren’t for me at all. A lot of them felt either too chunky, too plain, or somehow both at the same time, like the big blocky rings, the super simple chains, the oversized shapes, and the pieces that looked like they were meant to be bold but didn’t really say much.

For the price, I expected something a little more fresh or interesting. Instead, most of it reminded me of things I’ve already seen everywhere, like basic mall jewelry, trendy Instagram pieces, random boutique accessories, or those “minimal but expensive” designs that don’t feel very special in person.
